Their method of customer service is the absolute worst. I ordered a medicine cabinet 2-3 weeks ago from them. They told me that two days ago I would have a tracking number for my order. I called in two days ago, and their employee said by tomorrow. Called yesterday, the same response. Called today and asked to speak to the manager and the owner, Jonah, gets on the phone and says "Im not a magician, I cant get it to you on cue.." then proceeded to aware me its going to be shipped to his location, then once his truck is filled with orders coming to my area then the truck will deliver it to me. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, and when I said that, his resolution, "I can cancel the order and you can get it somewhere else". After spending a pretty significant amount of money and patiently waiting three weeks, this is not the customer service anyone should be receiving, especially not from the owner of a company.
