We are a faithful Christian Piano and Church Organ vendor in NJ. On 1/28/13 we sold Elim Gospel a Baldwin grand piano. Archbishop Blaunt had three checks made for payment of this piano each to be deposited one week at a time. Unfortunately, two checks bounced after the initial down payment so we had to collect two more checks to replace the bad and now we have another bounced check as the replacement. Multiple calls made along with visits and as of 6/3/13 (half a year past)Elim Gospel is using our piano without paying for it in full.
How can a strong church ask the faithful for payment terms and not make good on the word? We are out of $4,666.67 plus additional bank fees, tolls/gas, and salaries paid to our workers.
