Made an order online, went in and the door was locked so i waited about 5 minutes in the freezing cold for someone to open the door at 5pm and when they did all he said was, im sorry about that. Mistake number 2: my name is danica (pronounced DONIKA) The man kept arguing with me that my name wasnt the name i told him on the receipt because it is spelled with an A!! 3rd mistake: i left with my food but they forgot to give me my drink.. manager refused to give me my refund. Moral of the story is, great food.. TERRRRRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AND I WILL LET MY CO WORKERS here at ridge hill KNOW MY EXPERIENCE AS WELL

I've eaten there in the past a couple of times. I like the touch screen soda machines, but the fries are so thin and the burgers have cheddar cheese on them.

I was disappointed upon a recent visit to your Yonkers store. It was about 4:30 on a Saturday-not lunch or dinner "rush" time but it was very busy, the dining room was dirty and there was not enough seating, leading to a "lurking for a table" situation-never pleasant. My husband ordered our meals-two burgers, two fries and one shake. My husband had two loyalty cards but was told that the store no longer honored them. I understand if your company policy is to no longer distribute the cards, but those cards that have already been given out to customers should be honored. My burger was delivered to the table with only one slice of cheese-I had requested, and paid for, two. I brought the burger back to the counter and requested it be corrected. The manager, Tonya, checked to make sure I had paid for two slices of cheese before offering to correct the order, as if I would shake her down for $.75. After waiting more than 10 minutes for my burger to be served again my husband had finished his meal completely and went to find out how long we would be waiting. He again spoke to Tonya who told him that my burger took a long time because they had orders coming in and so it had to wait. Then she OFFERED the money back for the burger. While she was reimbursing my husband the burger finally was ready and Tonya made a point to mention that the money he was being given was for the burger being served to me, as if we had been unreasonable. Again, we did not request a refund, she offered and then rudely implied that we were asking for too much. Overall the experience was very disappointing, especially given the prices. For what we spent (almost $30) we got to fight for a dirty table, rude service and greasy food that was incorrectly prepared. Next time we'll go somewhere else and get our money's worth.

The elevation burger was amazing! It was so good that I ate most of it without any condiments, which is unheard of for me. I would have really liked a gluten-free bun, but the lettuce wrap was delicious. The fries were tasty but a little soggy. I will definitely be back!
