The view from here is amazing. Lunch breaks back here in the summer is a great way to relax & clear your mind.

Nice place but all the seats in the shade are always taken! Very popular. In the afternoon, there's a bar but the selection is ok.

Tried to bring my 6 week old to the elevated acre and the building doesn't allow use of the elevators for strollers - only wheelchairs. I was expected to carry my sleeping infant, the bassinet and a stroller up the escalator. Ridiculous.

Great views but the wait staff is slow but nice. If you are willing to be patient, it's not too bad.

This is a great place to stop and go eat your lunch without the hustle and bustle of most places in the Financial District. The plaza is accessible by escalators and stairs on Water Street, but there are only two signs that point out where to go. The views are wonderful because you are at the confluence of the Hudson and East Rivers and can see the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges as well as Governor's Island. There are multiple benches as well as large stairs that also serve as impromptu eating places. I would definitely recommend coming here for a quick stop during your lunch break!
