Eleni's New York

Looks are deceiving. Staff is really nice but I tried the Oreo cupcake and it was bad, really bad.
Price is way over what it's worth...

My review is for the service and the cupcakes. Cupcakes are my favorite in NYC. Magnolia is overrated meh compared to Eleni's.

Beautiful creations with great color and design. My wife had the happy birthday vanilla cupcake with sprinkles. Icing was very light and not too sweet. They also had a kid's creation section where you can buy a kit and color sugar cookies.

These cookies are all intricately made! I don't think I'd eat any of them, because they look way too sweet. But definitely pretty!

So when I began my cookie ordering experience I was NOT expecting it to be such a HUGE success. When it comes to top quality gift cookies, look no further than Eleni's! I had help from one of their experts (a really sweet girl named Jenny) who made the entire process a total breeze! She helped me format the picture I wanted on a cookie and made sure that I got the nice box that I wanted them presented in. The cookies were BEAUTIFUL, way beyond my expectations. They also tasted so good, which was a pleasant surprise. Jenny really just made the whole experience pleasurable - and I will certainly be back to a company with such incredible customer service, not to mention an unbeatable product!
