Horrible customer service. Chandelier globes had bubbles and one had a crack. Manufacturer (Kichler) continues to send this company shoddy merchandise and the company simply accepts it and lets the customer suffer. Mind boggling. Won't refund money. Waiting three weeks now. Stay away.

The store was overwhelming with so many beautiful items to choose from! Ron helped me find the perfect sconces for my living room. I will certainly be back!

Ronald Mouca convinced me to buy a light I didn't want by telling me I could return it if light wasn't right at my home. When I went to return it, they did not accept the return because it had been installed. Not sure how I was supposed to have checked the light without installing it. Manager Adam Levine could not have cared less. Avoid this place. It is ridiculously expensive as well.

Customer service was horrible. Was in the store for forty minutes without one sales associate asking me and my wife if we would like some assistance. Perhaps they didn't want to be pushy, but when we decided to become proactive and approach the front desk, the guy seemed like he couldn't be bothered. He made an announcement on a walky talky for help. Ten minutes go by, no one comes, the guy is sitting there playing on his phone. We end up walking out, not one person tries to stop us, not even the guy at the front. If they really want someone to come in and spend thousands on a chandelier, I would have expected a little more attentiveness. Going to bowery lighting in Farmingdale, where they were much more involved, helpful, and knowledgeable.
