CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, TOOK MY LITTLE BROTHER WITH ADHD THERE FOR HIS FIRST PAIR OF GLASSES, RIGHT OFF THE BACK WE WERE TREATED DIFFERENTLY ( IN MY OPINION) JUDGED BY THE TYPE OF INSURANCE MY BROTHER HAS, ALSO TREATED AS IF WE WERE INCOMPETENT. WE WERE HELPED BY THE A WOMAN WHO LOST PAITENTS AFTER WHILE THEN BUY A GUY WHO HAD NONE AT ALL. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I SHOULDVE GONE TO NEWARK'S LOCATION

the service is horrible with the employees incompetent. I was given wrong script for my glsseses, and the contact lens is horrible, and glasses was coated wrong.

not that great, the one in Newark is better in regards to customer service. they get many customers by their upscale appearance. but their business is not upscale. their name brands are knock offs, i know ppl who sell to them, and they sell them for high prices anyway, and they do not give any insurance; so if you loose or brake the glasses, you will have to pay $500, $600 dollars all over again. the customer service in East Orange is not that great. however the doctors that work in them are very nice and professional. so i can give them two stars for the look and doctors...

One of the worst places I have been referred to. I went in and the staff was extremely rude and abrasive. I thought may it was a busy day but no one was in the store. There was a gentleman, I believe to be the owner, his name started with a C, maybe Corbal, or Cabrel. Was not polite at all, wouldn't shake my hand or look me in the eye. He would mumble, talk over me and then wouldn't listen to what I wanted or was looking for. So overall terrible customer service. I immediately left and went over to Central Parkway Eye Care Center with Dr. Cunningham. Wow, what a difference. He was light, funny, very apathetic to my wants and needs. I don't know how Elegant Eyes has a good reputation. They're staff is going to hurt them in the future. If anyone is looking for a great place to go, Dr. Cunningham took great care of me.

Worst place to Go! UNPROFESSIONAL! The ENTIRE STAFF is RUDE with an ATTITUDE for no reason. One person says one thing while another person says something else. I feel bad for the DOCTOR who is genuinely nice and sincere. SAD to say the ENTIRE staff including MANAGER drove me to find another DOCTOR to which whom I'm happy with and the ENTIRE staff is friendly, helpful and professional.
