We didn't even get an appointment with them! THEY contacted us to reschedule our appointment TWICE! I would take blame if i was the one rescheduling... but THEY did it. Seems like they don't want my business... or care enough about it. If they're so busy, how can I expect them to pay attention to my wedding.

Very disappointed, especially after seeing all these great reviews.
