Elegance Perfume

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE or any elegance perfume. I bought cologne for my nephew for Christmas ( the the White Plains location) and the sales girl ensured me that if he did not like it that we could exchange it for anything in the store. Now when I bought the cologne there was an orange sticker on the box that read $98. The cologne I was buying I have never even heard of let alone pay $98 for- but the girl said it was on sale today for 50 but she has a coupon for 5 off. With that being said i bought it and go figure my nephew didnt like it so when it came time to exchange, I called the store to ask how much a different perfume was- the girl over the phone told me $60. When I went in the store I again asked about this perfume again and the girl told me 60. BUT when I took the cologne out of my purse to exchange- it was totally different story and she was trying to tell me that I couldnt exchange it for the $60 price- and that it had a little orange sticker on it for $85 dollars so that is the price I have to pay. Not to mention the perfume I was trying to buy is selling online for $53. Less then both the prices the store tried giving me. Total sccam- total rip off. When I asked to speak to a manager the girl told me she was the manager, was totally rude, told me the coorporate office was closed, and when I told another shopper in the store about my bad experience I got even worse attutide. I will never shop at this store, and I will make sure to tell everyone I talk to about this experience and advise them to take their money else where.
