My wife bought a gift cert for a friend. Facial, manicure and pedicure. Friend only used facial and manicure. Decided not to use pedi and told my wife to use it. When she went to redeem they would not honor this gift certificate even though my wife purchased it! My wife will purchase elsewhere. Owner also had an attitude.
