Bought a 4K TV and 7.1 system from the store in Wayne. The customer service, knowledge and installation was above and beyond my expectations. Very professional. Will recommend to friends and family for future purchases.

Bait and swithchers. Sold me tv, never delivered it, said it was out of stock, now selling it again for higher price. The Madoff's of electronics.

Will never go again. I just bought a sony tv from electronics expo and when I got it home they left the diemo mode on. When I called to have them take off the demo mode they refused to help and said that it was not their problem. Because it was a display model that I bought it did not come with a remote control (which is the only way to take the demo mode off). I wasted hundreds of dollars and hours of my time on a tv that does not work properly because of Electronics Expo. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

Terrible customer service. Rude and stonewalled me. They sent the wrong item and then refused to take it back. Bait and switch. STAY AWAY!
