Management was horrible. You could not find a store with more unmanageable idiots than this store. Probably all this managers are working for PC Richard now..their last hope of scamming good people.

Sold me a warranty on my TV and when I called they refused to come out until I changed the bulb, which I was told was covered when I purchased the warranty. Spoke to the manager who promised to call back with a solution. Still waiting to hear from him after 6 days and 5 phone calls back to the store.

The store is not huge and doesn't have a great selection of electronics compared to bigger stores but nevertheless when I was there I found the staff helpful and the store clean and well kept. I ordered stuff online and went there to pick it up. There were no problems or any sort of delays. It is good to have an alternative to bigger name stores.
