ES EL PEOR HERROR QUE HE COMETIDO AL ENTRAR A ESTE RESTAURANTE UN PESIMO SERVICIO LA MESERA SE PUSO HISTERICA Y LOKA CUANDO LE PEDIMOS QUE NOS TRAJERA UN CAFE Y PASTEL DE TRES LECHES NOS DIJO QUE SI QUERIAMOS CAFE QUE NOS FUERAMOS AL COLONBIANO DE ENFRENTE JAJAJAJA LA VERDAD NO SE NI PARA LO PONEN EN EL MENU SI TE VAN A MANDAR AL RESTAURANT DE ENFRENTE JAJA Y PEOR NO SE PARA TIENESN A ESA MESERA Q NO SABE TRATAR ALA GENTE COMO DICE EL COMENTARIO ANTERIOR NO SE LO RECOMENDARIA NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO .

I love Ecuadorian food

I went a couple weeks ago , and the food was good and the service was also good , a nice smile on the waitress , my whole family loved the food .. me specially the encebollado is so good , it was a big portion it left me nice and full , .. well that I was my experience and I will go back

I remember being here as a child around 10 yrs.old but never went back because i found a ROUCH on my rice. Now i am 27 and i decided to give it a try again since its still in business after so many years and very difficult to find a good Ecuadorian restaurant nearby. The first thing i noticed was the very poor customer service it has. No one sat my mother and I to a table. Then the waitresses came by the table without greeting us and looked highly annoyed. As we placed our orders the waitress was highly annoyed at our questioning of the menu. We were very hungry so we decided to be patient and stayed. I enjoyed the shrimp soup my mother enjoyed her empanadas, but her soup was only warm. However, their hot sauce was very delicious. , I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy. I thought it was just their waitresses but i made a phone order and i received their same terrible customer service plus their take outs were not as tasty as if i were to eat there and cold. i really had hopes this would have worked out.
