Ordered with them all the times hate the service but love the food. The employees are rude as hell and if you don't speak their language, they pass the phone to 3 different people just to order.

It took more than one hour and half just for bring 3 different dishes. In addition the service is awful, waitress didn't know what kind of food I ordered I mean if I order on seamless is because I want my order fast.

These people are so unprofessional they don't care about service they only care about money .I use to order and go all the time but today will be the last day. Everytime I go for breakfast the waiter tells me the toaster is not working does not effort whats so ever she just sends me somewhere else , every time i order, something is missing whether is the beverage, utensils you mention it , The people that work there do as they please , and apparently don't have good management.

Food is delicious. The service is terrible. My husband went to wait for an order I had called in. So he walked in and told the lady behind the counter that he was going to stand around and wait for his order and she rudely and basically screaming asked why was he there if I had placed the order like 2 minutes ago. I always try to refrain from buying here but today we didn't want to drive out of the area. The service is horrible I wish I can give it no stars. They need to get need nicer people to provide service and yes my husband still gave her tip even if she was rude to him. El Valle change your front of the house staff THEY ARE ALL RUDE ALWAYS. I will not be going here ever again.
