For apps I suggest tamal de elote or pupusas . For dinner plato tipico . I have been coming here since I was a little girl . Even though they have gone through different owners over the years the food as remained as delicious as I remember.

Since the owner is in that restaurant, the food is better and better and the service amazing! I highly recommend this place. Very clean, organize and I repeat the food is amazing since the owner made many changes.

I was there today
And I had the worse experience ever!!
The last few times I was there is was pretty decent, but today was not the case.
First of all all 6 employees that I saw were all on their phones.
Our table was not set
No forks no napkins nothing
When I ask a bus boy for silverware he totally ignored me.
I had to grab silverware and napkins from another table.
I ask for a dish which I never got.
When I ask for the check I told the waitress that I never got my dish and her answer was OH!!
Like she didn't care.
My husband ask for water and they bought him seltzer.
And I could keep on and on.
Little things here and there.
But not wasting my time.

My family used to take me here all the time when I was younger. Back then the place was owned by this lady that was a great owner and would work alongside her workers to make sure everything was top notch. Now a days there is a new owner and the place is still ok but they do not offer the same attention and have not kept themselves maintained enough as it once was. I do say give it a shot. The food is good (it used to be so much better as the care was evident) drink are also good. My favorite is the plantain and cheese.
