- Excellent #55263
I have two children in the school and overall I feel that they are both thriving and happy to be there. The school has a family atmosphere in which the teachers and principal are very caring and at the same time firm with their students. Despite hard economic times they have managed to keep tuition very affordable. $2,700 a year = $13 a day. Academically my priority is that they learn Quran and Arabic and this they are! Aside from that, they were vigorous in teaching them to read and write and overall I am satisfied with what they have learned so far.

- Very Good #55265
I would recommend this school to those parents who are looking for a school that is both academically good and provides children with a safe and nurturing Islamic environment. The principal is very friendly and is like a motherly figure to both all the staff and students. The school is improving every year and the staff are very dedicated..

- Terrible #55264
Elber islamic school is horrible in a sense they do not have a proper management nor accountability from the head mistress Mrs. Mohammad Solafa. Many times administration is busy blaming parents rather than providing quality education to the children. I have found the administration being very unfriendly. They do have dedicated teachers who teaches PREK and K such as teacher Hannan and Teacher Enas and others but if your children goes to beyond K then there is a problem.
My children used to go to this school but I had them removed. Elber should have new administration who can fix these issues rather than robbing hardworking parents of their money. These people do not care about your children. Parents should not have to put up with this. So my advise, spend little extra and send them to other schools or home school them.
