Got a very nice ride to the Hospital, with my daughter. Very nice lovely lady..played the best music in the whole Christian music...very pleasant and unique atmosphere.. Complementary water and mints. Just wonderful!!

Mi esposo olvidó su" backpack" hace dos días en un taxi de está compañía.
El llamó a la base para dejarles saber y nos dijeron que en cuanto supieran algo nos llamarían.
Mi esposo fue a la base al siguiente día y le dijeron que no sabían nada.
Un par de horas después me llamó alguien diciendo que la mochila "backpack" estaba en la base y que podria pasar a recogerla.
Llamé esta mañana para asegurarme antes de ir y me dicen que no la tienen y que les dé mis datos en caso de que el chofer la lleve.
Después de hacerme esperar en la línea por casi 15min.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE!!!
