I have never been to this store before today. I am from out of town and unfortunately I ripped a contact lens while in NYC. I called literally 30 different places to see if they could help before I contacted Eising. Not only was the gentleman who answered the phone the friendliest of all the people I had spoken to, he was also the first person to actually help me. After a brief conversation, he offered me a sample contact lens, free of charge. This was a life saver and ensured that my trip could continue uninterrupted. Great service. If I lived in the NYC area, this would be my go-to shop for eye-care.
