Dr. Eisenstat has been my family's Doctor for 25 years.
I recently picked the wrong policy for my insurance that made me see another Primary Doctor.
What a mistake that was. You don't value quality treatment til you don't have it anymore.
I changed my Insurance again just to go back to Dr. Eisenstat.

My husband went in thinking he had a minor problem. Dr. Kirshner knew something was wrong, went out of his way to call and make an appointment for my husband to see a specialist. Long story short and three surgeries later, my husband is alive and doing well. They saved his life.

I set up my husband for an appointment, he was rushed out, expressed a concern to the doctor and it was overlooked. I called there to ask for some important information and I was put on hold twice for over 30 mins, no one ever answered my call. Very unprofessional

His office is nice and he seems friendly enough, but he really did not give my illness much importance even though the throbbing pain was taking over my life. I found a much better DR in Westfield who was more concerned about my well being and provided me a solution to the pain I was having on the 1st visit.
