I purchased bumper guards from them and had to wait for the parts to be delivered to the shop; it took a couple days, but once it arrived it took about 30 mins to install. They also provide me with free alignments on it whenever it is needed. Just have to arrive early (basically when it opens) for a quick alignment on the bumper guards.

Horrible service and a bad attitude is what you can expect from this place if you don't have a fortune of money to spend.
The owner is a short chubby guy with a major chip on his shoulder because he is one of the only places in this area that installs commercial accessories for trucks. I personally spent more then $2000, and in return when installing my equipment, they drilled bolts through wires in the rear of my truck and destroyed my electrical system. I had no rear lights and my blinkers were destroyed. It cost me almost as much money to find and fix the problem as it did to install the equipment. I would look for a different company if possible and avoid them at all costs.
