Horrible customer service you can only shop with an adult ?????????????????????????????

I LOVE this place. Every girl going to prom or just any formal event should come here. They have every shape, size, color, and style imaginable in the "Prom Dress World". The customer service is A++. Lori helped me from start to finish until I found what was right for me.

I called in yesterday to see if they had a dress in stock so I could come in to try it and had the worst experience over the phone. Terrible customer service. I had never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I called in and an older gentleman answered the phone (probably the owner or the manager) and he said "call back in 30 minutes I am busy right now"- these were his exact words. Unbelievable. If they were the only store that had this dress I would not buy it from them and go else where to get a different dress, even if they gave me the dress for free. Disgusting and rude customer service, do not recommend this place to any one, especially if you live in the NYC area, so much better places to get a dress with GREAT customer service.
