The surgery went perfectly fine. The office manager [Rebecca] not the friendliest person; quite moody! Too early to tell final results; but looks ok.

Dr. Kwan performed a breast augmentation on me in April 2009. To this day, I love my breasts. He also performed liposuction of my abdomen, flanks, arms, back, and thighs. The results of the surgery were noticeable. He removed 8 pounds of fat from my body. I gained some weight and he agreed to redo the liposuction two additional times for a very low price. It was my fault for gaining the weight, but he corrected it. I would recommend Dr. Kwan for breast surgery or liposuction.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Kwan; have had a major surgery done with him last year and have been seeing him for various consultant and treatments.

I went to Dr. Kwan today for a juvederm filler. Even it is just a small procedure, Dr. Kwan spent a fair amount of time on me, very patient to listen to my needs, and give advices. The area of treatment is very tricky (between eyebrows) with lots of blood vein and nerves, and requires high precision. He managed it so well, and after injection, he used ice pack and hold pressure on it to shape it. The outcome was perfect, looks very smooth and natural, exactly what I wanted.

Based on my several years experience with Dr. Kwan, I highly trust and am confident in having procedures with him, whether it is big surgery or just a small filler. He indeed has the knowledge, experience and practical skill in what he does; to help patients bring out their beauty.

Dr. Kwan is also very patient and kind, he treats each patient personally, and pursues perfection in every procedure he performed. Also I find his price quite fair and competitive, for someone with that level of skills and office equipment.
