Forget about calling and trying to reach your doctor for information. Their Surgical coordinators never get back to you. I have ACL Reconstruction tomorrow and so far i have left 5 voicemails because I have important questions regarding insurance and anesthesia. Unless they get back to me by tonight, i just might have to cancel the surgery.
