Ok, so maybe 2 stars is harsh b/c it is really about the person on the phone and not the actual product..although the jury is still out on that one. I spoke to what sounded like a 12 year old girl and she could not have been more distracted or ignorant or both. I had to repeat myself 3-4 times and sometimes more! What should have been a 3-minute call took well over 10 minutes and I am just hoping that the order will actually arrive! If I'm the owner, I need to either re-train this kid or get an adult in there to run things.
