Half off frozen fruit drinks for the summer

I placed a order 6 days before Mothers Day to my wifes job from this location, I asked the gentleman that answered the phone. Do you deliver at this address, I gave him the address and he said yes. The day of the delivery my wife calls me and said that she received a text from Edible Arrangements saying her surprise was on the way, at 9:20am she received her package. This was all wrong, it was suppose to be delivered after 1pm and before 3pm. When I notified the store, I was told the order went to a different store to be delivered and at least my wife received it. Never again, Happy Mothers Day Hunni.

I ordered a gift package at 7AM -- I called to see if it could be delivered 3 blocks away from their location by 2PM. I was told they were unable to guarantee ANY delivery time and that it would get there when it gets there. I am not sure how they can run a delivery service with such a bad logistics system in place. To top it all off, I learned that the store I ordered from and the store I would be receiving the delivery from were two different locations. So the package is put together at store 1, then sits around until store 2 picks it up, then sits around until the delivery driver gets back. When I told the guy he needed a better delivery system he got upset. I cancelled the order, then they refused to give me my money back, telling me that I need to contact PayPal to get a refund. What a chore...Not worth the time or effort...
