My sister from Florida sent me a gift from them. Upon arrival the chocolate covered strawberries were just barely edible. Two days later the strawberries were rotten. I called the store and talked to the manager, he insisted that I come in and see his inventory. I refused and just asked for replacement strawberries. He became ad ament about me stopping by!!! To be honest, I wasn't gonna waste gas for 3-4 strawberries. I told him to just send me the replacements, to which he never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I firmly believe he just didn't want to lose inventory so he sent the older stuff... Please heed my warning!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS MY ORDER HAS BEEN LATE….. ORDERED A WEEK BEFORE VALENTINES DAY AND ITS 5PM AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED…. PHONES ARE OFF AT STORE YET IT SAYS THEIR OPEN UNTIL 7PM …. COMPLETE BULLSHIT DEALING WITH THESE MORONS… LAST TIME THE FRUIT WAS OLD AND AGAIN THE ORDER ARRIVED AROUND 7PM .. YOU JERKOFFS NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY ……

Have to second the other review here. This was the first time I was ever disappointed with an Edible Arrangement. When I asked the recipient about the arrangement, she said "the fruit was old".

Absolutely the worst customer service! After reading the other terrible reviews on yelp I don't know how the Manager over there still has a job. Fruit was rotten and when I called to let them know about it She acted like I switched their fruit with a different product! When I asked for her name she hung up on me. Corporate was of no help at all either. Never again will I use edible arrangements.
