This store has the rudest employees and very nasty. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries at 10am for same day delivery and i received call they will be delivered today before five. I get another call from another person lying and saying they didnt make it on time. How can strawberries covered with chocolate take 8 hours to make. I will never ever use this store again for anything. This store needs to evaluate their workers or fire them and hire ones that have customer service experience.
Lazy place i wont recommend this place to a cocaroach!!!!!!!!!

1 star for just being open, very bad experience going to this ralph avenue store, bad service, very small and the staff uses alot of profanity and nasty language...the manager is the worst, she should be doing deliveries! she is so unprofessional! a complete waste....
they are very unorganized and very rude to customers, they sure make the company look bad!, dont waste your time going here, go to another location, prefferably downtown brooklyn livingston st, the staff was friendly and upbeat.
