A lady with an accent JUST answered the phone. She was not helpful and absolutely rude on the phone.
All I wanted to do was to confirm my order for delivery. I called and said "I'm calling to see if an order I placed to be delivered is being delivered today."
A simple "Yes, let me check that for you" would have been nice. (As I have been waiting all day without even showering!! LOL) Instead she sarcastically replied "If you placed an order to be delivered today, it will be delivered today!" (Even a huge retail 1800flowers has made mistakes in the past)
I told her that she didn't have to sound so snotty, she responded with "I'm not being snotty, I'm answering your question."
I have never been spoken to like that from a store clerk. She could have just simply checked to see if what I paid for was on its way.....
There are so many other E.A in the surrounding neighborhood. Don't go to this one. We, as paying customers deserve good customer service.
