SERVICE SUCKS. WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS!!!

I was prepared to give this store 5/5 just from the customer service from the initial call but they never followed through with any of their promises. I ordered a fruit basket for my Mom for valentines day AND her birthday (Feb 14th). When she got the fruit basket, the plastic was opened so now who would trust eating the fruit? My mom called in the morning and explained the situation and the lady was super understanding and explained that the fruit basket shouldn't have been sent out like that and so on and so on. The lady told my mom she would contact me (the buyer) in about an hour asking if I wanted a refund or just resend another fruit basket. I waited for the call and no calls. I understood it was Valentines and they were busy so I waited until around 6pm for the call until I decided to call them.

When I called them, I explained the situation and the lady was very apologetic and told me she would give me a full refund AND would send another fruit basket the next day. I understood they were super busy that day and mistakes happen so told her I don't really want a refund as long as I get a replacement sent. She was very thankful and said she would send another fruit basket the next day and would also throw in a box of chocolates. I thanked her and waited for the replacement the next day - but nothing came.

I just decided to give up on calling back and take fruit basket as a loss. Won't be ordering from this store again.
