It has been about a month and I can honestly say that walking passed ECU and going inside to inquire is one of the best choices I have made! I have been taking the Muay Thai classes and even a few Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes which are very challenging but leave you invigorated and full of energy. It is a real family oriented environment where you are made to feel comfortable no matter your skill level. As a complete newbie who was very out of shape I received motivation from both other class members and Coach Tito. If you are looking to get back into shape as well as learn more about martial arts then this is the place for you.
