The rudest customer service ever. They made me wait 1 hour for the shuttle at jfk when it was supposed to come in 10 mins. On the top of that the customer representative was shouting at me on how it was not 55 mins and not 1 hour. If there was a 0 star rating, I would have done that.

Stay away from Economy and especially this location customer service is the worst...Price is horrible. Im sticky with Hertz and Enterprise.

hasta hora es la peor compañía que e sutilizado para rentar un vehículo, cuando vas a recoger el vehículo te dicen que ay que dejar un deposito de $1200.00 dolares, creo que es demasiado y no lo informan a ala hora de reservar si no cuando vas a recoger el vehículo y si lo cancelas te cobran un cargo de cancelación.
