Ecology was WONDERFUL. I have NO complaints. Everytime I called, the staff was really nice, understanding and very helpful. I cant recommend them enough. I had the same guy doing all the visits, although he wasn't the nicest, he was all about doing his job and he did a superb job. He was very thorough and informative. They did their visits and I haven't had bed bugs since! Thank you Ecology!

Jeff is great-- he's prompt, thorough and explains the process and any issues in a clear, patient manner so everyone understands exactly what's going on.

Ecology is my go-to exterminator for all of my pest control needs - I had ants, Ecology came and the ants went. I had a mouse problem, Ecology came out and instead of spraying poison all over the house, they quickly targeted the entry points, closed them and put traps/poison only where needed to take care of the problem. Had a rat problem in the backyard, they gave really great suggestions I could do on my own to rid of the problem without costing me a penny! The owner Jeff is THE expert in pest control and he trains his staff well to be extra sensitive with pest applications in households with children and pets which is SO important. I greatly appreciate a pest control company that listens to its customers and then applies targeted solutions that work. This is new york city - no one is immune to pests no matter how clean you keep your apartment. Great to know you can count on Ecology!

I called the number. An answering service took my message and someone called me back that day and made an appt. That was on Monday. The appt was for Friday. I scheduled to take the day off and waited for a confirmation call. When I realised on Thurs no one was calling, I called back- The guy who made the appt originally had no idea who I was and didn't even make the appointment!!! Very unprofessional!!! No one answers the office number during typical business hours- seems pretty shady to me!
