Bedbugs, what to do where to begin???? After countless conversations with various exterminators I chose to use Ecology EP. It was as they say... a no brainer. Not only was Ecology EP's price better ,the warranty was as well. After meeting Arnold Castro and his team I felt confidant that I had indeed made the right choice, they struck me as incredibly honest and hardworking. Arnold and his crew began the extermination immediately,they covered mattresses,vacuumed, sprayed and basically went to war with these God awful bugs.They came promptly as promised for the follow up treatments and helped educate me to the do's and don't of bedbug eradication. I'm thrilled to say that not a bed bug has been spotted in months. I would absolutely recommend Ecology EP to anyone suffering from this current bedbug epidemic.

Ecology EP is the great company ever I used. Actually I have a annual plan to control pest that I rarely use. I just hate bed bug infestation. Also I don't like to use any chemical pesticide. Finally through online I found this company and contacted with them. They came on time and used eco-friendly Biological method of pest control. Now we are bed bug free family. I am so pleased with their service.

They were fast and sympathetic to my needs. I needed help right away and they came within the hour. I was infested with bedbugs from my laundromat. I was going to see if I can take care of the problem myself but I went online and found them instead. They did all the work. They moved what had to be moved in my apartment to get to source. Not only did they kill the little critters but also sealed my mattress to prevent any further infestation.

I was very unfortunate to called Arnold Castro for their services to get rid of bed bugs. They are not a professional pest control company. They are more like a cleaning company. They never got rid of the bedbugs and he kept promising each and every time he comes that its eradicated for good. I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau to get my full refund. I might have to take him to small claims court to get my money back. You can follow my outcomes with this unprofessional company on Yelp as well.

I had an extremely good experience with Ecology EP. I recently found out that my elderly mother who has advanced Alzheimer's Disease and requires 24/7 health aide care had bedbugs in her home. I called a couple of places and the prices that were quoted were very high. Then I called Ecology EP. The phone was answered not by a secretary but by the owner himself, Mr. Arnold Castro. I explained the situation to him and he and a crew came over and took care of the problem that day!! Very importantly his price was half as expensive as the least expensive quote that I received from other companies! Also very importantly Arnold is a very compassionate man who immediately understood the stress I was feeling and carefully explained what had to be done. He totally relieved my mind.
