I had a horrible experience with this company. They ordered a power supply from me and then tried to claim that it was not new and has scratches all over it. The representative we dealt with was belligerent and only interested in pushing his opinion over ours. I won't mention the man's name that we dealt with, but he obviously had no people skills and had as his only mission to prove me wrong. Even though I disagreed with him I accepted him to return the power supply to me. He tried to get me to pay his return shipping costs and attempted to file a dispute on Paypal to overturn my decision. Paypal decided in my favor, and I did not have to pay return shipping costs. After this the ECI Technology representative went out on the internet and posted negative and false statements about my company.
