What I really enjoyed was the easy payment options ECG had to offer me as a client. I have closed on my home in a little over a month . I just hated dealing with major companies , this one cares about the little people :)

This is a terrible place. So unprofessional. I gave them my tax forms and they waited till last minute to do it. Anabelle said she would do it by April 14th, but she waited till the 18th because she claimed there was an issue with how she input it into the system. She also was very hard to reach. We called her many times over the course of two weeks. Her husband threatened me to pay them after I was dissatisfied with their services and his wife, Anabelle, yelled at me over the phone when I notified them of my dissatisfaction. As you can see for yourself, they are highly unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!!

Edit: I was aware that the services were not free. I had paid them according to the price we both originally agreed upon provided that the services would be done properly. Even though they did not properly provide the services we had agreed upon initially, they continued to harass and threaten me via email and phone. This is why I had given them a low rating. After they realized I had given them a low rating based on my experience, they threatened me with their lawyers to remove this review, claiming I had no right to review their business on Google review. These people bullied me, and I will never come back again. I have emails as proof of my horrific experience.
