Conditions of the development is old, lots, lots of water issues. Ceilings collapses, floods, mold, leaks. Water damage to many apartments causing damage to personal property, some so bad that furniture had to be disposed of. Elevators not working sometimes for more than a day. Rodents, roaches, no recycling and much more. Large apartments and if the problems were taken care of it would be a good development. Great neighborhood and if all (or even some) of the issues were taken care of and the rents weren't overpriced I would give it at least 2 more stars.
