Excellent new addition to Downtown! Beyond Italian groceries in their supermarket, Eataly offers at least 4 restaurants - from brick oven pizza, to seafood, to local farm-to-table dining. Perfect spot for a business lunch or if you're looking to make a great stop between sightseeing destinations!

Good for groceries, ice cream, and coffee, skip the internal resturants... some staff and plates are questionable.
Place will be out of business soon at this rate, countless foke opennly voice their concerns on the floor. Recommend wait a year before trying out. Pasta and pizza were uneatable on my last two attempts... $$$. First time I ever sent a plate back to kitchen.

Had dinner at pizza/pasta.
Completely overpriced! Pizza: Greasy, burnt and mediocre tomato sauce...
Pasta: seriously nothing special.
I just came from Italy 3 weeks ago, so I know what I'm talking about!

After multiple visits to look around, I decided to sit and have lunch at the Pizza / Pasta counter. Unfortunately, the lack of organization throughout the store is most evident when you either wait for a table or ask an employee a question. I can look the past the difficulties of opening month, but I cannot look past the fact that half of my ordered Pizza Margherita was too burnt underneath to eat. I'll try again next month, but for this visit I give one star for service and one star for the pizza.

Food Heaven!! This place will always be crowded so go packed with patience! Nice variety of foods and desserts you've never seen before!! Friendly and helpful store associates. Not good for people with strollers.
