Have never written a google review in my life but felt compelled to do so for this place!! Just paid $11 for the most disgusting and foul sandwich ever. Described as "black forest ham" but I assure you that it didn't contain any actual black forest ham - just some nasty imitation 'meat'. Absolutely awful place and would never recommend anybody to eat here - wish I had read the warnings!!!

The bar doesn't have prices on anything. After asking for the manager and getting the answer that he is in New York they excused that it's new and they don't have it. But it's full functional charging whatever they want!

Appalling service. I just watched two employees fail to serve someone because they spoke Spanish. When that potential coustomer left empty handed, the two employees made fun of the Spanish lady. Absolutely despicable.

This is my worst sandwich experience ever in an airport !! I bought a salmon-cheese bagel and a prosciutto cheese ficelle sandwich and they were both totally dry and with bad taste if some at all. And to the price of more than 10 $ I felt so disappointed that I had to write this review and say: Don't eat, just go!

To all travelers: AVOID BUYING SANDWICHES AT THIS FAST FOOD. My girlfriend and I bought a tuna and mayonnaise sandwich just before boarding for our return fight to Rome, Italy (9 flying hours) and developed severe FOOD POISONING for the all duration of the flight (#AZ0611 of the airline company Alitalia on March, 30th 2014). The cabin attendants were forced to call a doctor on board because my girlfriend didn't stop vomiting and was completely exhausted (after suffering from vomiting and diarrhea for more than 5 hours). She was administered a cortisone injection as well as an anti-vomiting medicine. I too began to feel bad and started vomiting after the first half of the flight. We have never had food poisoning before so the 9 flying hours were a real nightmare. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL.
