If there was a NO STAR i would give it !!!! This manager/frontdesk/owner named JENNY is the worst person ever. Not only a lier but also extremely unpleasant woman i ever met. I have been going here for 5 years and never run into any trouble or unpleasantry. Everything went down south once the owners have changed. RUDE, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND NOT TO MENTION EYE ROLLING AND SCREAMING! I found a cheaper, much nicer place to deal with. I DO NOT NEED TO PAY TO GET AN ATTITUDE FROM ANYONE! Me and my husband alone spend more than $500 a month and this is what i get from this woman. NEVER GOING BACK !

OMG, This has to be the worst business in NYC. I walk in as a new customer and ask how much do you charge for shirts, she proceeded to tell $2.50 I said that is a bit much and you must do a great job. The lady then told me not really and that I can take my business somewhere else. (((((((BLANK STARE)))))
