Received a cortisone injection here last year. I was surprised at the $650 bill I got, so I called my insurance company and was told I was over billed by $510. When I called the office to inform them of their mistake a, the receptionist said, "We didn't make a mistake, but if you made up your mind that you're not paying, I don't know why you called" and hung up. Unprofessional and rude.
