Eastern Air Control LLC

I was referred to Eastern Air Control by AHS Home Warranty company for a service call. While it got off to a rocky start, once I got a hold of Nick things went very smoothly. My system was old and needed to be replaced. Nick worked tirelessly to accommodate my tenants work schedule and got the new system installed off hours for him. In addition there was a ton of back and forth with AHS as these types of companies never want to pay up when it counts. In the end ,I was very satisfied with the outcome. I am not sure why there are many negative reviews as they relate to Eastern Air and AHS. My experience was great once the ball got rolling. Would recommend for any work, not just warranty.

Only the Best in the Business! I have a location in Montclair and I have worked with many HVAC companies in the past for repairs. No one has given me better service or a complete solution like these guys! The work they do is PERFECTION to the tee!!

These Guys are absolutely Amazing! I am sad to see that some of these reviews are negative. Reality is I bet if they weren't working with some of these warranty companies that they would have a lot more positive feedback. I met these guys through a Home Warranty that I purchased (AHS) and the reality is i think people don't understand that Eastern is just a middle man. I know the Call Volume is extremely high due to the weather conditions and I didn't mind waiting for their service date. I no longer have a warranty but I use these guys every time I need a repair. I haven't met nicer or more knowledgeable Techs. I recommend this company to all my family and friends, and to that I have never been disappointed. I felt compelled to leave a review because I've seen so many bad ones so I have to tell you that its a shame that people take time out of their day to bad mouth a good company. Not every one has the same situation and it is truly something else that any of you would go out of your way to publicly deface them especially when you do not know them like I do. Shame on you for causing harm to them! Great People and awesome Service Always!

Twice now Nicholas DiDolce and Eastern Air Control (EAC) has come to my family's rescue.

About a year ago, when our carbon monoxide alarm went off, we opened all of the windows and called EAC. Mr. DiDolce came to our home right away, tested for carbon monoxide, and discovered that our alarm had malfunctioned. Thanks to his professionalism and attention to detail, we were able to sleep soundly that night.

More recently, we called EAC to investigate a leak near our basement furnace. Mr. DiDolce resolved the problem very effectively and efficiently. We were so pleased with his service that we insisted on signing a maintenance contract, which is a relationship we would have with only a trusted professional.

I got to Eastern Air Control through American Home Shield and have been very pleased with them. They showed up when they were supposed to (or called to say they would be a little later), stayed until 11 pm one night trying to help fix our AC, and came back exactly when they said they would with the part that needed to be ordered. They clearly know what they are doing, and were easy to work with and responsible. Very pleasant experience all around. Will definitely use them again for issues not covered by American Home Shield and would highly recommend them.
