Everything they say is true..I've been here for over 3 years
Day after day vermin..and if it's not faulty paintjobs it's the lack of security and your buildings main entrance getting broken by kids who just want to hang out and smoke weed all day.

I have been living in my apartment for 6 years. I am encountered so many problems with this complex it is unbelievable. Recently I was leaving for work in the morning I walked out of my apartment to discover a dead bird on the staircase. One flight down were the regular weed heads smoking away (Tuesday at 9am) with nothing better else to do with their lives. There are countless water bugs in the lobby of my building that I feel should start paying rent. Management and Security is horrible with never getting back to you or it take months to get something repaired. I cannot wait to move out.

Rats, water bugs, ghetto hood rats who smoke weed all day who's main goal in life is to inconvenience all others around them, management will screw you as much as the people who live in the area. Time to move around civilized people . Now they want to raise the rent 19$ per room to pay for the roof repair lol.

I received a phone call from Ms. S. Boykin from #EASTCHESTERHeights yesterday notifying me that I could pick up my apartment key from the security gaurd at 3471 Fenton Ave. I wasn't even shocked when I went to retrieve my keys and the gaurd (Johnson) had no idea what I was talking about. The gaurd directed
me to call management, which I did. The phone was answered by a person named J.R. who sounded like they wanted to be any place else but at work. J.R. forwarded me to Carl, the property managers, voice mail and I left a very unhappy email. Twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the gaurd and he told me that he did have my keys but the night gaurd forgot to tell him and that they were in the gaurd shack.
I returned to the the gaurd shack to retrieve my keys but the guard gave the keys to C.J. because he "didn't want any trouble." I made my way to the management office to retrieve my keys and my "Good morning, may I please have my keys" was met by C.J.'s rude assertion that I "always have an attitude" and that I "came in here yesterday acting rude." However, I wasn't rude to her today or yesterday but I was an unhappy new tenant who was locked out of her apartment because of Eastetchester Heights shotty company locksmith.
When I finally was able to leave with my keys C.J. asked me why I moved in if I was so unhappy. I told C.J. that I still moved in because I signed a lease, paid for a credit check, made a non-refundable deposit, paid first and last months rent and had no place else to go. I can't believe she had the nerve to even open her rude and unprofessional mouth to ask me such a thing. Even if I was given back all money that I had doled out where was I suppose to move with only 5 hrs notice.
If you are thinking about moving to Eastchester Heights please make it your last resort. The above is just a small portion of the hell I experienced and it all conveniently started less than a week before Thanksgiving which made it extra impossible to end my association with Eastchester Heights.
UPDATE! Wow! On 12/05/2015 I received a notification from Chase that someone tried to charge $10,000 on my card. I gave Eastchester Heights enough information to perfectly impersonate me. I have to wonder if one of their unprofessional employees tried to buy $10,000 worth of camera equipment at my expense.
