Front desk staff is very rude over the phone. If I spoke to people at my job the way these people treat patients I would be fired. The technicians are nice enough.

I had several test done with them. Staff and Radiologist are always professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Thank you Rachel and all of the other people who work here and help to schedule appointments. All of you are helpful, kind and sympathetic. The technicians here are also top notch. The doctors are fantastic. This is the best place in NYC and the surrounding area for imaging of all kinds.

I have been there several times for various procedures and have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and competency of the staff.

I had a great experience at East River Medical Imaging. I was in extreme pain from an arthritic inflammation. The staff was extremely compassionate and patient. The facility is spotless and comfortable. Dr. Deyer explained exactly what would happen in the procedure so there would be no surprises.
