School perfect❤

Not a good place to work for: A lot of backstabbing and lack of professionalism. They also like to take advantage of substitutes (i.e. they want you to do a long term position which will entail all of the work as the regular teacher including lesson plans, grading papers, etc. but they will only play the same rate as a regular substitute.) They also will bully you into giving up your lunch break to do recess duty even if you politely ask not to do.

The teachers are nice the kids are buttholes but the school in general is meh

that place sucks
