After submitting an application - with the application FEE, of course - for an apartment, it "didn't work out" for me, according to George, and I didn't get the apartment. But don't worry! There's another apartment he can show me that I'll "love." That part was true, at least. Second application - and FEE - submitted, and I never heard back from him after multiple calls and emails. Was going to file an official complaint, but not worth the headache and hassle for the amount of money lost. Call it a lesson, and let karma work. This guy is half broker half scammer. Beware.
