Dealt with Eric, everything was handled professionally and politely...our monthly lease payments are well within the range of what we were expecting to pay. No complaints, and I would recommend dealing with this place over East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston.

I had a great experience yesterday at East Hills of Roslyn. I was scheduled to meet with another dealer but he wasn't there when I walked in. Instead I was met at the door by Erik Mendoza and he was such a pleasure! I previously had a Cruze and they had great deals on but I was looking for something different. Other dealers were saying how great the Cruze deals were but I wasn't really looking to lease another Cruze... Erik listened to my needs and was honest (how many people can say they deal with an honest salesperson??)... We test drove a Cruze first and I liked it, but I knew I wasn't going to drive off the lot with another Cruze... I mentioned to Erik that I was looking at the Trax, and when we test drove it I fell in love... Erik did everything he could to get the deal to my price range and he did fantastic (including handling the insurance which was the make or break point). Erik went above and beyond my expectations and I went home completely satisfied. He answered all my questions and concerns. Signing the final paperwork was a breeze too... Michael was great and he explained everything and had everything ready to go.

My husband and I had a great experience leasing a car from this dealership. We were very impressed with the entire staff and in particular our salesperson, Rick Evanson. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He spent a great deal of time teaching us about the many features of our new car and made the process run very smoothly. Would definitely recommend getting a car form them!!

My husband and I recently stopped at East Hills Chevrolet of Roslyn in our initial search for a new car. We were helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, G. Gordon Calhoun, who answered all of our questions fully. If we decide to buy a Chevrolet, we will definitely go back and ask for his assistance.

It is unfortunate that the negative reviews posted about this dealership were ultimately proven true. While their customer service was friendly, they lack the ability to follow up on the sale of vehicles they set appointments to view. Please understand that this review is not about the car itself, as I never got to see it, but the lack of professionalism encountered. It was a very attractive price for the vehicle I went to see, a 2015 Camaro, and I completely understand that it was sold before I got a chance to see it. That's business. To tell me that they were open to 6pm on a Saturday and they failed to notify a potential customer that the vehicle was sold prior to my appointment was a turn off to that dealership. I can not recommend this dealership. While their CSRs were pleasant, going out there to have no car available is a lot of time wasted. I'm just glad I went on my own or I would've been more upset on Tuesday.
