Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Charles Robertson. A great guy -- friendly, knowledgeable and well-versed in Chevy's product line. Charles took the time to get to know me and what I wanted and then showed me car options, no pressure or hype. In the end, I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox LT. Before driving away, Charles went the extra mile to get me set up with OnStar -- both in the car and via the mobile app -- and gave me a tutorial on all the car's features. By far, Charles and the East Hills Chevrolet team made the experience stress-free and memorable. I left knowing I'm in good hands and my satisfaction with my purchase was a primary concern to Charles. Definitely recommend Charles, the dealership and East Hills team to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Chevy.

Sitting in the location at 9 45 am on 2/19 as I type. I was sent a notification about the recall on my Cadillac keys and told I could come to this location for the recall to be fixed for free. I got to the location and was met with opposition because they "didn't believe they could do the recall"...Without checking the keys or the car year. So after I insisted they discovered they could do the recall. The young lady on the phone tells me it would take 10-15 min. JASON tells me it will be 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I inquire why something so quick would take so long and what was the point of making the appointment. JASON'S response was that I could wait or take my keys and the car and leave. What an amazing customer-friendly response. I decided to wait for a only an hour and while I am here waiting I hear the receptionist and what appears to be a manager snickering about a client with a recall who doesn't want to wait. REALLY!!!!!!!! "They just want to sit in their house ... they don't want to wait." Whether they're talking about me or not is it professional to discuss clients LOUD ENOUGH for other patrons to hear???? Disgusting.

I had a minor, but annoying, warranty issue with my 2015 Impala. When I called East Hills Chevy, my call was handled in an efficient professional manner. The receptionist asked a few quick questions and set my appointment, without putting me on hold. When I arrived for my appointment, my Service Adviser, Andre, was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. After a short wait in the customer lounge, Andre came and advised me that the work on my car would take several hours, and that he had arranged for a valet to drive me to my office, and that they would pick me up and bring me back, when my car was ready. Everybody that I encountered at East Hills, from the receptionist, to the Service staff, to the Valet drivers was friendly, and pleasant. It was my first experience with East Hills Chevy, but I'll be back whenever I need service, and when it's time to lease my next Chevy. Thank you

This is my 4th Chevy from East Hills and I haven't had a bad experience yet. They aren't pushy or snobbish as some dealers can be. My salesperson, Joyce Gold has worked with me on 3 of my vehicles and every time I never felt overwhelmed. For me, getting a new car is an uplifting experience and I feel great after leaving the dealer and riding home. Each person I've dealt with during my leasing process has been friendly and cordial. When you get the new car, they spend time with in the car going over the features and helping with the On Star setup. No rushing. And since East Hills went through a big renovation, I don't mind the time I have to spend in the service area. All they need is a little better cake to go with the good coffee. LOL.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! If I could give them no stars I would. Placed an order for a new car in September and today, December 30th, canceled that order. After 4 MONTHS of basically begging them for the status of my vehicle order, having them repeatedly lie to my face, and make me feel like I was inconveniencing them, I discovered that in addition to everything else they also ordered the wrong color. Keep in mind the car still has not arrived!!! The incompetence, deceitfulness and down right rudeness of this dealership is like nothing I have ever experienced and this is definitely not my first vehicle purchase but most certainly my last with any East Hills dealership.
