Ordered item on Amazon from this company. They claimed to have it in stock. They had an entire business week to ship but did not. I don't believe they had the item in stock.
I contacted them through Amazon but they did not reply for two days. When they did there was no explanation, no apology, no attempt to save the order at all. Just the cancellation.
This prevented me from buying a desperately needed battery that is difficult to get. I've ordered the product from another company and how have to wait yet another two weeks. Meanwhile it's difficult to use my cell phone connected to an external battery all day. Don't buy here if you want good service.

I purchased an HDMi cable that was described as working on a Blackberry Q10. When I finally had a chance to use the cable to my disappointment it is actually for an Older Blackberry. Amazon sent a request for return and they have never responded. Buyer Beware!

Ordered memory for my camera It took 10 days to get here, And it was the wrong memory worth half the price. Try to avoid company's like this.

really bad customer service the lady name RAZZY i CALLED HER MORE THEN TEN TIME SHE DID NOT HELP ME. FOR I BUYED BAD RECHARGEABLE BATTERY FROM THIS COMPANY. MORE THEN WEEK I STILL CALLING NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE.
