Early Learning Academy

My kids have been going to ELA for almost 2 years. Kids enjoy their time in school with motivated teachers and learn a lot from their daily projects.I highly recommend this school if you are looking for true early learning.

I send both my kids to ELA and they absolutely love it. The teachers are warm, loving and I think that matters a lot to young children. My kids adjusted very well to the place and that was only because of how good the teachers were. Overall great environment and a good daycare to send your kids to. 5 stars to ELA.

It's a very nice school with some great teachers. My 3.5 years old son loves his teachers and is not neglected like the one day care he was in before. He started going to Ela in September 2014 from 8.30 to 12.00....i wanted to send him full day so tried for couple of weeks but i received a feedback that he is not liking it and does not participate in any activities. so i again started sending him half day. since this week, i have started sending him full day and my son is doing very good. The monthly feedback from his teachers is quite valuable and useful. I have just enrolled my 1 year old daughter and hope she also enjoys like her brother. The staff is friendly and Ela is always available to answer your questions or concerns. she is very experienced and respect all the cultures.

While looking at schools it was important for me to get flexibility in part-time hours, along with good teachers and a healthy growing environment. ELA is the only institute to have accommodated that. As she stayed at home for full 18 months, her transition was not easy, but the staff (specially Liza, the head teacher) was very helpful and considerate of our needs. Since then, my daughter looks forward to every day at school. We have seen her grow and learn so much. Their program is also very enriching as they have a full range of activities including academic, arts, music and gymnasium.

As mentioned in another review, it comes with a price, but, most of the pre-schools in Paulus Hook and Jersey City area are pretty much the same.
