All of a sudden I felt like I had something stuck on the back of my tongue it started to bother me when I swallowed I googled ENT Doctors I called the first one I saw the lady on the phone was so nice she said I could come right over I was so shocked because my past experiences when calling a doctors office is that they tell an appointment for 3-4 weeks from when you are calling and if that's not ok with you they tell you to go to the ER. I went right over and was even more shocked at how genuinely kind they all were. The PA Gina was very professional and knowledgeable she also took the time to "listen" to me to what I was saying and about how I was feeling she explained everything to me thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. I am ever so greatly and thankful to the young lady that answered the phone I feel terrible that I did not ask her what her name was but she truly is an angel. I would very much like to once again thank them for caring and taking such wonderful care of me.
